35 years heimatec in Renchen

Anniversary celebrated with customers, employees and their families

According to the principle "postponed is not abandoned", heimatec GmbH, based in Renchen, celebrated its 35th anniversary the past few days. For this purpose, technological know-how was presented on the large company premises over two days, insights into the production were given and the new 2,500 sqm production hall, which was completed in 2021, was proudly presented.

What started in a garage in 1987 has developed over the years into an international technology and quality leader for precision tools. With several thousand products, the company offers a wide range of products from standard tools to customized individual solutions. And all this "Made in Germany" with around 120 employees in Renchen.

Company founder and CEO Martin Krieger, together with the other two managing directors, was pleased that numerous international customers had followed the invitation. "Your satisfaction is our reward for our daily efforts," said Krieger in his welcome speech.  The participants were informed about the current developments and objectives of the company during technical presentations, company tours, an in-house exhibition as well as in personal dialog. The importance of employee satisfaction, digital focus and the aspect of sustainability were repeatedly mentioned by the management. The many impressions and technical content could be intensified in the evening at the joint after-work networking in the company's own park.

The following day, all employees and their families were invited to the big family event. There, the family members had the exclusive opportunity to visit the workplace and the working environment of their relative, but also to get to know their colleagues and superiors in a convivial atmosphere. In a short speech, Managing Director Kay Krieger thanked the employees and family members for their loyalty in the past crisis-ridden years. "It is only through your commitment that we are able to make ourselves fit for the future together," and emphasized the additional, planned investments.
