Under this slogan, heimatec GmbH supports the association "Leben mit Behinderung".

heimatec GmbH has been supporting the residential accommodation of the "Leben mit Behinderung Ortenau e.V." association since it opened in 2014. The association's residential accommodation offers 24 places for people with physical and multiple disabilities in Blumenau in Renchen.

Last days, heimatec managing directors Kay, Martin and Gabriele Krieger visited the accommodation and handed over a donation to Mr. Wolfgang Dürr and Joachim Haas, the managing directors of the association, in the presence of the residents.

"For us, it is a heartfelt matter to provide support right on our doorstep and to enable disadvantaged people to have a better daily life with our donation," said Kay Krieger, full of gratitude and appreciation for the work of the association.

With the donation, the international technology and quality leader of precision tools provides the accommodation financial flexibility for important purchases beyond the standard and supports the association's goals of breaking down social and spatial barriers and realizing the needs, wishes and interests of people with disabilities and their relatives. Among other things, the money will be used for the upcoming garden landscaping. New outdoor experience stations with sound installations and aromatic plants are to be created here.

Wolfgang Dürr, head of the residence and managing director, thanked the Kriegers warmly, wished the family business continuing success in the future and looked forward to seeing them again.
