Sales at heimatec GmbH under new management
A central, leading position in management at heimatec GmbH was newly filled as of September 2018. Dirk Hund, a known expert who contributes his many years of experience in international sales, took
over the position of head of sales. In his new role, he wants to help shape the strategic further development of heimatec and drive international expansion.

“We are pleased that, in the person of Dirk Hund, we were able to recruit a sales professional with foreign experience for this important management position,” as Martin Krieger, managing partner of heimatec GmbH, expressed satisfaction with the appointment. Because strengthening the position for strong growth in foreign markets happens to be a strategic goal of the precision tool manufacturer, heimatec, for the coming years.
Dirk Hund contributes the best prerequisites for this. In his last position, he was the international sales manager and, at the same time, an authorized officer and member of management of a medium-sized mechanical engineering
company. His professional path started with skilled labor training in the metals area. He later completed studies in sales engineering at the technical university in Karlsruhe. In later professional positions he was active as a key account manager, area sales manager and regional sales manager. In these capacities, his office and residence were in Asia for some time.
“As head of sales, I would above all like to make the heimatec brand better known internationally, help shape the further development of strategy and, of course, increase sales,” was how Dirk Hund expressed his personal goals.
