High-speed tools from heimatec
High-speed spindles are always applied, if the average speeds of a turning machine are too small for processing. The High-Speed tools from heimatec permit a ratio of up to 1:4 at 48,000 rpm. Additionally, should a torque increase be required, a speed-reduction is also available from heimatec.
The program of individual special tools from heimatec is even more comprehensive and also includes:
- Tools with minimum lubrication
- Tools able to be connected to the central lubrication of the machine
- Tools with an air purge available
- Tools that have an air purge seal
